The Presumptous Pig is the eleventh episode of the first season of the animated series, Toy Toons.
Plot[]
There once lived a pig with the most repugnant manners— quarrelsome towards all and convinced that the other animals (particularly the dog) were always trying to humiliate him. One day the animals decide to organize a wrestling competition in which a few delicious pumpkins along with some of the most delicious honey would be awarded for first prize. The pig is convinced that this will finally be a chance to teach everyone a lesson, most of all the dog.
Unfortunately for him, his plan does not come to fruition, for the dog will later win the contest. In a state of anger, frustation and rage, the pig leaves to go meditate on his vendetta, while the dog, in a feat of generosity, decides to split the prize with all the animals, giving the pig the largest pumpkin. The pig, taking the dog’s kind gesture as a sign of humiliation feels angrier than ever with his temper, and exits then, followed only by a small pig.
The two pigs then venture into the forest in search of wild potatoes, when they are suddenly attacked by the wolf. The piglet, however, succeeds in alerting everyone so that all the animals are able to come to the pig’s aid in time. Finally, the pig comes to appreciate the value of being encircled by friends.
