The American Cannon (Italian: Il cannone americano) is the eighth episode of the second season (The Tiger Roars Again) and the thirty-fourth overall episode of the animated series, Sandokan.

Plot

Sailing the ocean with the gang, Sandokan finds arrives just in time during a pirate attack on an American ship. The assault is so violent that the captain must raise a white flag marking surrender. The White Rajah commandeers the pirated ship in order to steal the super cannon invented by Teddy Jefferson, who is in the ship himself. Sandokan’s saves the scientist and also captures Kien Koa, but he won’t be able to prevent the cannon from being stolen, which ultimately cannot be properly operated without Mr. Jefferson’s instructions. The White Rajah is furious.

Naturally, he will wait and attempt another kidnapping. So, Yanez and Sandokan let Kien Koa escape along a false trail. Too bad that Nazima is on the alert! While our friends then confront the White Rajah and his troops, she will see to the abduction of the scientist, consigning him to the Rajah. Her revenge has now begun— and it could indeed very well spell the end of Sandokan!
